The land comes first. The most important part of our design process is how the architecture integrates to the site.  After listening to the client and understanding the program, we visit the site to diligently understand how the location will impact the design.

We then start by creating conceptual sketches of floorplans and simple 3D models to convey our creative ideas.  The back and forth collaboration during this time with the client gives us the opportunity to ensure the client is satisfied before proceeding.

Once the collective vision is agreed upon, it is our approach to collaborate early with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to develop a robust set of drawings, details and specifications that will make the vision a reality.  This holistic approach ensures that everyone involved understands the vision and is working towards a realization of the project in its full potential.

With our vast experience in construction and integrated design approach, we stay involved throughout the construction. We represent our client and help ensure their goals and vision comes to life while meeting our high standards and expectations.
